Ms. Marvel Episode 2 Ending Explained: Who Is Kamran? The Origin and Powers And Easter Eggs
Ms. Marvel Episode 2 Ending Explained: The first episode of Ms. Marvel was a way of introducing us to a bit of Kamala Khan, her family, and her background, but, by the end, it also lets us see a few of the Jersey teenager’s powers, which seem to be connected to a family inheritance that no one gave importance to. Kamala ended up coming to the attention of the Department of Damage Control, who are now aware that there is a person with superpowers in Jersey City, although they are unaware that she is a teenager who is just beginning to explore her full potential and abilities.
In Episode 2, Kamala Khan is determined to learn to control her abilities, with the help of her friend Bruno, and understand where she came from, all while dealing with her family’s “fury” after attending AvengerCon. without permission (and with the curiosity of Bruno, who wants to know everything about his abilities). We still haven’t seen Kamala become a superhero, at least not completely, but this all reminds us of when Peter Parker discovers that he has the abilities of a spider and begins to experiment to determine what exactly he can do, and his history it’s just beginning.
Ms. Marvel Episode 2 Ending Explained: Who is Kamran?
The series here introduces a new character named Kamran, played by Rish Shah, who now appears to be Ms. Marvel‘s romantic interest, but many believe he could be a much more complex character. Kamran is a new student who helps Kamala escape from a party gone wrong and seems to be interested in her, but this is Marvel and it’s not uncommon for the characters we’re introduced to have different identities than we think. In the comics, Kamran is a villain who belongs to the Inhumans. He was exposed to the Terrigen Mist, which activates the powers that allow him to emit white energy from his body, which he can channel in the form of a shock that causes objects to explode.
Kamala Khan’s Powers: Where They Come From
The most important thing about the episode is that Kamala Khan is determined to find out where her powers come from, which leads her to investigate more about the origin of her bracelets (this may be the key to controlling them). All of this leads us to discover that Kamala can do many things with the mysterious light that comes out of her body and that her bracelets could be what helps her unleash all her abilities.
The story tells a bit about the Partition of 1947, where many families had to flee in search of a better life, and this reveals some details to Kamala, who has a vision of a mysterious woman (who turns out to be connected to Kamran). Grandma Sana tells Kamala that her bracelets belonged to her mother, Aisha, but she doesn’t give her any more information, although Sana tells her that Aisha shamed the whole family and placed a curse on them.
All this points to the fact that more women in Kamala‘s family could have had the same powers as her, or at least similar, and that it is a kind of family “tradition”, but only those who wear the bracelets can exploit their abilities. Later, Kamala has her first achievement as a hero, she manages to control her powers to rescue a child, but this again draws the attention of the Department of Damage Control, who will not stop until they know who she is.
