Yellowjackets is a recent television series conceived by Ashley Lyle (Narcos: Mexico, The Originals) and Bart Nickerson (Messages from Elsewhere, Narcos) which, in some way, proposes the incipit of Lost in an alternative way: we are in 1996 and a New Jersey women’s soccer team travels to Seattle. While flying to Canada, the plane crashes and the girls are marooned in the Ontario wilderness for 19 months. The story then develops in 2021, recounting the difficulties of returning to everyday life. A show that has been very well received by critics and audiences and is about to return to the small screen.
