You Season 4: New Preview Shows Joe on An Epic Hunt
Anxiety around the You Season 4 has been increasing, especially in light of the expectation generated by Netflix‘s social networks. They have taken advantage of the repercussions and released some previews of what we will find in the fourth season of the series. The return was divided into two parts, with the first part scheduled to premiere next Thursday, February 9th, and the second part on March 9th. In this return, Joe Golberg (Penn Badgley) will be assuming a new identity in another country.
You, the Netflix series that tells the homicidal spree of the stalker Joe Goldberg (played by Penn Badgley), almost a year and a half after the release of the third season is ready to return to the small screen with the eagerly awaited fourth season. Based on the novel You, as well as on its sequel Hidden Bodies, written by Caroline Kepnes, the series, in the new episodes, will change “point of view”: Joe will be forced to wear him despite the unusual role of detective. After his former life went up in flames, Joe Goldberg fled to Europe to escape his messy past, adopt a new identity and, of course, find true love. But Joe soon finds himself, despite himself, in the strange new role of a detective when he discovers that he may not be the only killer in London. Now, his future depends on identifying and arresting whoever is targeting his new group of super-rich friends. The new images of the new episodes show Joe grappling with a real hunting trip.
For this journey, Joe seems not to be alone. At least that’s what the latest season four-episode previews showed. In the images, Joe appears alongside new partners in a kind of hobby that he started to have. In addition to being a serial killer, Joe will also become a hunter. The photos show the man along with two new unidentified characters. All of them are with shotguns in hand, in a deserted and psychedelic forest. These new partners are just as Machiavellian as Joe. Love will Return Alive in You Season 4?
You didn’t dream. In fact, at the end of You season 3, Joe (Penn Badgley) discovered that Love (Victoria Pedretti) was just as Machiavellian as he was. To escape the young woman’s risks, he decided to kill her. But what if she had survived and returned for breathtaking revenge? Love’s return in You’s fourth season has been a constant bet among fandoms. Some believe wholeheartedly that she is alive and just waiting for the right moment to show up, do a job well done and shock everyone. This is because, you and I, know very well that, in the third year, she surprisingly revealed herself. From a likely victim, she became a kind of shadow of Joe. However, while she could be an ally, she also had chances to cause big problems.
Joe’s Trap
To hush up the case and create a kind of obvious crime scene, Joe poisoned Love with a lethal substance used in the garden. Joe set up a scene so that the investigators interpreted it as suicide because Love supposedly wanted to assume several crimes, but she would not be willing to pay the penalty and for this, she took her own life. Henry, the son of Love and Joe, was given to Dante. That way, Joe would solve all the headaches he might have if Love spilled the beans. The point is that, after the release of the trailer with scenes from the fourth season, it was clear that from now on Joe is the one being pursued. To escape any suspicion, he becomes a university professor in a faraway place. But even so, a hidden stalker (or stalker, is it?) ends up showing up and leaving scary messages for him.
Who is Joe’s Stalker in You Season 4?
After he supposedly poisoned Love, Joe set the house on fire. The point is, at no time was Love’s body displayed. It is possible to see someone, but nothing is very clear to say that this person is Love. This suggests that Joe may be being pursued by Love. Love could have woken up alive and then left the scene before she died as the flames engulfed the house. What we know concretely is that the fourth season of You is scheduled to premiere: on February 9th. From then on, we will unravel these and other mysteries of the new episodes.
