Yellowstone Season 5 has revealed the release date through the release of a teaser trailer of about 30 seconds. The very popular series with Kevin Costner will arrive in the United States next summer. Paramount kicked off the new year with the release of the mid-season finale of the hugely popular neo-Western series Yellowstone. After last week’s hiatus due to Christmas Day, the series is taking a much longer break with the eighth episode of the just-wrapped fifth season. Thankfully fans have an idea of ​​when the show will return, as season five has been confirmed to be released this summer.

When fans reached Yellowstone 5’s mid-season finale, titled A Knife And No Coin, they were treated to a 30-second teaser presentation for the second half of the season. The trailer confirmed that the fifth season will return in the summer of 2023, although an exact date has not yet been announced. As reported by Collider, the fifth season of Yellowstone debuted with big numbers, remaining one of the most acclaimed and popular series on TV. The debut of the new season saw the series draw 12.1 million viewers on the Paramount Network, meaning the show had more viewers than even the highly anticipated debut of House of the Dragon on HBO. Created by Academy Award-nominated screenwriter Taylor Sheridan and John Linson, Yellowstone’s huge success has spawned its own neo-western universe with two prequel series, 1883 and the more recent 1923 starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren. Taylor Sheridan has been keeping busy with an extensive schedule that is already in the works and will soon arrive on Paramount+ with other series other than Yellowstone, such as Mayor of Kingstown, Tulsa King, Bass Reeves, Lioness and Land Man.

Co-created by Sheridan and Linson, Yellowstone follows the story of John Dutton (Kevin Costner) and the rest of his family, who control Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, or simply Yellowstone, the largest contiguous cattle ranch in the United States. The ranch is bordered by a growing city, an Indian reservation, and fierce business rivals who bring it into constant conflict. The series chronicles the shifting alliances, unsolved murders, gaping wounds and hard-earned respect on the ranch in question. Both Sheridan and Linson are also executive producers of the series.

Season 5 features a critically acclaimed ensemble cast, including Academy Award winner Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Forrie Smith, Denim Richards, Ian Bohen, Finn Little, Ryan Bingham and Gil Birmingham, while Mo Brings Plenty, Wendy Moniz, Jen Landon and Kathryn Kelly became series regulars. Season 5 also sees the return of Josh Lucas as young John Dutton alongside Jacki Weaver, Kylie Rogers and Kyle Red Silverstein, while Kai Caster, Lainey Wilson, Lilli Kay and Dawn Olivieri join the stellar cast. In addition to starring in the series, Kevin Costner joins Sheridan and Linson as an executive producer alongside Art Linson, David C.
