X-Men 97: On What Date Will The Revival Of The Marvel Studios Series Be Released?

X-Men 97: UCM fans received great news this Friday after Kevin Feige’s company revealed details of its upcoming productions. One of the most anticipated reveals was that of XMen 97. Marvel presented the first official look at the next Disney Plus animated series, but that was not all because it also announced the date that fans will be able to enjoy the production in streaming.

Unlike the 1990s series, this time Magneto leads the X-Men, which still has the original team of Emma Frost, Sinister, Sebastian Shaw and Callisto, but Cable, Bishop, Sunspot, Nightcrawler are added, Morph and Forge as allies. In addition, it will see the return of actors from the original cast such as Cal Dodd, Lenore Zann, George Buza, Alison Sealy-Smith, Chris Potter, Catherine Disher, Adrian Hough and Christopher Britton.

Marvel has released numerous images of X-Men ’97 on the panel at San Diego Comic-Con, which reveals a graphic style perfectly in line with the 90s and the appearance of numerous characters on the show. In this version of the mutant squad, leading the team is Magneto, who took over from Professor X after the latter suddenly left. Next to Magneto, the canonical members of the X-Men and many of their allies, such as Bishop, Morph, Cable, Forge, Nightcrawler, and Sunspot, appear. At the moment it is not clear the number of episodes of X-Men 97, which seems to be made up of ten episodes. Many original voice actors will return to lend their voices in the sequel to the cult series, born as a tribute to the fans who over the years have elected the show a real cult.
