What If…? Season 2: When Does The Second Season Of The Marvel Series Premiere?

What If…? the first animated series of the UCM will not premiere its second season this 2022, asMarvel has stated this Friday at the San Diego Comic-Con. This announcement is released along with the first trailer for the new series for Disney Plus I am Groot and details of upcoming productions such as Marvel Zombie, Spider-Man: Freshman Year and X-Men 97. 

What If... Season 2

Although for now, no further details of the plot of the new episodes are known, a report from Total Film suggests that the second season will feature Hela, Captain Carter, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, Black Widow, and Doctor Strange, among others characters on a mission to save the multiverse, one universe at a time. The first installment explores what would happen if the main moments of the Cinematic Universe movies happened differently.

What If…? Season 2 It will also “host” the postponed episode of the first round of episodes, the one focused on Gamora and Iron Man. An entire preview episode was then screened at the Comic-Con panel, entitled What If Captain Carter Fought the Hydra Stomper? in which Captain Carter – now Black Widow’s ally and best friend – must fight Steve, who has returned from the past and has taken possession of the Hydra Stomper.

When Does What If…? Season 2 Premiere?

What If…? Season 2 was postponed until early 2023, with no date set now, however, it was confirmed that it was renewed for a third installment. What If…? – Marvel animated series appreciated by critics and audiences – will debut with its second season at the beginning of 2023 (initially it was already scheduled for the end of 2022).
