It is during these hours that the presentation of the Wednesday teaser, a series inspired by the Addams family, the peculiar family created by Charles Adams in 1938, the first protagonist of a rich comic strip, and finally reached the rank of symbol of pop culture thanks to The Addams Family, a cult TV series that aired from 1964 to 1966. After a long stay in the collective imagination thanks to animated series and films at the cinema, the Addam family is now preparing for the great return on Netflix on Wednesday.

To give again to the iconic Gomez and Morticia Addams will be none other than Luis Guzmàn and Catherine Zeta-Jones, but the synopsis presented by Netflix for his Wednesday does not hide who will be the true protagonist of the series created by the legendary Tim Burton:
The series is a mystery with investigative and supernatural tones that traces the years of Wednesday Addams as a student at Nevermore Academy, describing the attempts to control her paranormal powers, foil a monstrous series of murders that terrorize the local community, and solve the mystery involving her parents 25 years ago… all while exploring new and complicated relationships at Nevermore.
In the lead role, Wednesday Addams will be Jenna Ortega, flanked by Gwendoline Christie (principal Larissa Weems), Jamie McShane (Sheriff Galpin), Percy Hynes White (Xavier Thorpe), Hunter Doohan (Tyler Galpin), Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair), Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay), Naomi J Ogawa (Yoko Tanaka), Moosa Mostafa (Eugene Ottinger), Georgie Farmer (Ajax Petropolus), Riki Lindhome (Dr. Valerie Kinbott), and Christina Ricci (Marilyn Thornhill).
