Amazon Prime Video today announced the direct-to-service international premiere of the year’s most-awaited sports drama, Toofaan. Produced by Excel Entertainment in association with ROMP Pictures, the movie staring Farhan Akhtar as a boxer alongside Mrunal Thakur, Paresh Rawal, Supriya Pathak Kapur and Hussain Dalal. Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, the highly-anticipated sports activities drama will premiere straight on Amazon Prime Video on the 21st of May, 2021 across 240 countries and territories.

Earlier, the film was supposed to have a theatrical release however due to Covid-19, the makers sold it to Amazon Prime. The film is produced by Excel Entertainment, which owned by Farhan Akhtar together with Ritesh Sidhwani. Excel Production released the poster of the film on its Twitter account. “Toofaan Uthega!
