Also, they neglect their studies because they can’t stop thinking about each other.
Tired of the distance, Ares decides to return to Spain for a weekend and surprise Raquel, who a few seconds before her boyfriend’s arrival was considering accepting the invitation of Gregory, a classmate, to the celebration of the San Juans night. Though Ares plans a romantic getaway to the Hidalgos’ beach house, he’s not the only one with that idea, and soon the property is packed with people. Artemis and Claudia were already there enjoying their secret relationship, Apolo invites his girlfriend, Daniela, and Yoshi, while the parents of the three brothers arrive as a surprise.

Daniela and Yoshi, who are in that house to protect their friend, soon realize that Ares and Vera have a very close relationship. Daniela finds a photo of the newcomer wearing Ares’s shirt. The young writer refuses to believe in a possible betrayal by her boyfriend, however, during the bottle game the truth is revealed.
Through My Window: Across the Sea Ending Explained: Did Ares Really Cheat on Raquel?
When Raquel asks the question, none of those involved can answer, so she interprets the silence as confirmation and prefers to pack her bags. Ares explains that he was having a terrible time in her first year in Stockholm and that Vera helped him distract himself from her. One night he got too drunk and woke up next to her friend, although she has no recollection of her. Raquel explains that she is not only upset by the betrayal but also because she did not turn to her when she felt bad. Later, she decides to attend the night of San Juan with her best friends. Yoshi turns down an invitation from Anna, whom he got involved with that weekend, to come to the party. Later, Vera reveals to Ares that nothing happened between them that night, they just fell asleep. The medical student complains to her for lying to Raquel, but the young woman excuses herself by pointing out that she didn’t say anything and that in reality there is a link between them that they cannot deny.
How Yoshi Died?
Although Daniela, Raquel, and Yoshi have a nice time at the party, eventually, the girls dump their friends, one for having a threesome with Apolo and the captain of Vera’s family yacht, and the other for flirting with Gregory. Regretful of rejecting Anna, Yoshi steals a motorbike and heads to the lighthouse. The owners of the motorcycle chase him and cause him to fall off the cliff. Ares sees him from his house, gets on the jet ski, and tries to save him, but his efforts are useless, Yoshi is dead. During the funeral, Raquel gives an emotional speech, and she cannot stop crying. As she is about to lose control of her, Ares pulls her out of it and tries to talk to her. Of course, that ends in an argument. “The witch” complains to her for not saving her friend and the “Greek god” tells her that she could have prevented her death if she stayed with Yoshi instead of going with Gregory.
The protagonists of Through My Window: Across the Sea, go back to Barcelona and Stockholm, respectively, and try to get on with their lives. Ares receives a message from Vera and Raquel, an email from a publishing house that wants to publish his book Through My Window. Before she died, Yoshi sent the email that her friend was afraid to send, she posed as her representative and got her novel reviewed. Raquel and Ares are separated, but will they reconcile? For now, the young writer refused Gregory’s visit and closed her window, which is a sign that she is determined to forget Ares. But the love story of these two characters will continue in Through My Window: Looking at You, a Netflix movie that even already has a preview.
