The Rings Of Power: Here Are Some New Stills From The Lord of The Rings Prequel Series

Thanks to Entertainment Weekly we have a new preview Of the awaited series of Prime Video The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, a new chapter set in the fantasy world created by JRR Tolkien and brought to the big screen by Peter Jackson. The new official images take us to Númenor. Tolkien describes Númenor as the greatest human civilization in the history of Middle earth, a beacon of knowledge and culture that influenced the rest of the world. However, arrogance and ambition rot the kingdom from within and the island is eventually destroyed, falling into the ocean like the Atlantis of Middle earth.

For today Thursday 14 July – the new official trailer of the series is expected, but in the meantime let’s enjoy these new images.

The Rings Of Power Is Coming To Prime Video On September 2, 2022

The long-awaited series – the most expensive ever made – was created by Patrick McKay and JD Payne and will arrive on Prime Video on September 2, 2022. In The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, starting with a period of relative peace, we follow a group of characters as they face the return of evil to Middle-earth. From the dark depths of the Misty Mountains to the majestic forests of Lindon, to the incredible island kingdom of Númenor and the far reaches of the map, these kingdoms and characters will create a legacy that will live on long after they disappear.
