The Peripheral: The New Extraordinary Trailer Of The Series In October On Prime Video
The Peripheral is the new Prime Video TV series produced by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan whose name is linked to Westworld, with their Kilter Films, created by Scott B. Smith who is also showrunner, directed by Nolan, Joy, Vincenzo Natali, and others. The series is the adaptation of William Gibson’s novel. Protagonists are Chloe Grace Moretz, Jack Reynor, Gary Carr, Louis Herthum, JJ Feild and many others. Gibson himself first released the teaser trailer on Twitter followed immediately by the protagonist and then by the various Prime Video profiles around the world. The series debuts on October 21 and will have a weekly release until December 9, 2022, when the season finale of The Peripheral will take place. The project has been in the works since 2018, entrusted to Nolan-Joy in April 2019 when they signed an agreement with Amazon Studios. The series is co-produced by Amazon Studios, Warner Bros. Television and Kilter Films.
The Peripheral: The Plot
The plot of The Peripheral takes us to the world of Flynne Fisher, an intelligent woman who lives in a forgotten corner of the America of the future and tries to keep the pieces of her family together. She has no future and seems wasted on the life she is living. At least until something changes and something new knocks on her door. Looking at the trailer it seems that Flynne comes into contact with some sort of device capable of making her enter a sort of parallel world that looks like a game but will prove to be a glimpse into the future.

The programming of the eight episodes of The Peripheral is weekly starting from 21st October 2022, when the first episode will be released. The finale is scheduled for December 9 on Prime Video.
