The Gray Man 2: Will There Be A Sequel To The Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans and Ana De Armas Movie?
The Gray Man has been on the Netflix streaming service for less than a week, however, it managed to become one of the most watched productions in recent days, even ranking number one in the Top 10 in Chile. The great production of Joe and Anthony Russo, the same directors of Infinity War and Endgame, has a tremendous cast led by Ryan Gosling (La, La, Land), Chris Evans (Captain America) and Ana de Armas (Knives Out).
With Gosling at the helm, the film based on the 2009 novel of the same name by Mark Greaney brought the secret agent genre back to the screen. Even though the specialized critics did not achieve a positive consensus for the film, giving it only 48% on the specialized site Rotten Tomatoes, the audience gave it a positive and resounding 91%.
Will The Gray Man Have A Sequel On Netflix?
On Tuesday, Netflix announced that The Gray Man is getting a sequel with the Russo brothers directing again and with Gosling returning to the title role. The news broke even before the streaming giant released opening weekend viewing numbers; however, it is speculated that these will point to a record audience share in 92 countries.
That’s not all because they are also working on a spin-off that will be based on the book series by Mark Greaney. For now, no further details are known, but it is known that they have the writers of Deadpool and Zombieland, as screenwriters.
