At the end of The Girl From Oslo Season 1, after Arif and Hamas come to an agreement, Hamas attempts to bring the prisoners to safety. Yusuf has a chance to redeem himself, but Karim, Bashir’s right-hand man, has other plans. They don’t make it to the meeting point as planned. The car deviates from its path because Karim has made an agreement with Ali to hand the prisoners over to ISIS. When Hamas and ISIS activists start firing shots, Yusuf takes cover with Pia and Nadaf.

He shows them the way to the meeting point, and Pia leaves with Nadaf. Karim arrives and discovers that the hostages have disappeared. He asks Yusuf to bring them back. When Grant and his gang come to contain the scenario, they find Yusuf dead. They check the pulse, say a prayer and go looking for Ali. Ali is killed in the encounter, while Karim returns to Hamas to carry out the ISIS plan. Meanwhile, Yusuf becomes a martyr of sporadic violence.

Grant and the team save Pia and Nadaf from the mess. Thanks to Yusuf’s information, Pia and Nadaf reach the meeting point. But they can’t escape Ali, who is holding them hostage for the third time. Grant and his company skillfully lead the operation, shoot down the militants and save the duo. Pia pulls Nadaf out of the woods in the dying moments of the final. Alex and Karl wait at the border, and they are relieved to find their daughter alive.

Is The War Over?

We can assume they resume bombing after 24 hours, as Arif gets a call from Bashir at the end of The Girl From Oslo Season 1. Layla made a video of Arif promising a ceasefire, which Bashir sends to Arif. With the drastic turn of events, history finds itself at an impasse. However, we can hope that Arif will do whatever it takes to save his family.
