Claus Family 2 Ending Explained: Is Marie’s parents Ended Up Together?
For most of the film, Jules struggles to reunite Marie’s parents, which is Marie’s Christmas wish. This quest is personal for him, especially since his father is dead. Not all cracks can be repaired, but some can be taken care of. Essa and Gunna together go mall to arrange a meeting between Marie’s separated parents. The latter ends in failure. Determined and not giving up easily, Jules makes another attempt to orchestrate a reunion that is not enough to save the doomed marriage, and Marie is deprived of a date.
Finally, Jules gives up the quest. Although Noel is at first furious with Jules’ behavior, he stops in the latter’s room to recall the past.
