“As for The Adam Project, at Netflix there was a lot of love for the film in the first edits, and the question arose about a sequel. Ryan and I talked about it and we both said to each other: “Do you know what? This thing is exactly what we set out to do, in my opinion it is better to close it here”. We’ve never been pressured to keep the story open, but I suppose if they put a gun to my head, I could come up with ideas for a sequel to The Adam Project. I am not inclined to do so at the moment, however, because the film closes leaving exactly the sensations I wanted, a combination of warmth and tears, but also hope. I want to close like this “.

Adam Project 2: The Cast Which Characters Could Return?

Despite Shawn Levy’s words, there may still be hope for fans of The Adam Project. Netflix may decide to hand over direction to another director but should get Ryan Reynolds’ confirmation first. The presence of the actor in the cast seems to be essential to be able to make the sequel. In addition to the Canadian actor, The Adam Project 2 is also expected to reconfirm Walker Scobell, as the young Adam Reed, and Jennifer Garner as Adam’s mother.
