Shrinking: Jason Segel and Harrison Ford coming soon to Apple TV+

Apple TV+ will soon bring Shrinking to the online streaming platform. It’s about the new 10-episode comedy starring Jason Segel. The writers are Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein, whom we have already found in “Ted Lasso”, as well as Jason Segal himself. The series also stars Harrison Ford in one of his first notable television roles. It will make its worldwide debut on Apple TV+ on January 27 with the first two episodes, followed by a new weekly episode every Friday.

Shrinking is produced by Warner Bros. Television and by Lawrence’s own Doozer Productions. Lawrence also serves as an executive producer alongside Segel, Brett Goldstein, Neil Goldman, James Ponsoldt, Randall Winston, Jeff Ingold and Liza Katzer. Lawrence, Segel and Goldstein are also the creators of the series of which they wrote the first episode, directed by James Ponsoldt. Shrinking is a 10-episode comedy with Apple TV+ releasing the first two episodes on January 27, followed by a new episode every Friday.

Shrinking marks, the second collaboration between Apple TV+ and Jason Segel, following his starring role in the Apple Original Film “The Sky Is Everywhere“. The series also marks the third collaboration between Apple, Bill Lawrence and Warner Bros. Television, along with the global hit show Ted Lasso and the upcoming drama series Bad Monkey Brett Goldstein stars in Ted Lasso – which he also wrote and executive produced – which was recently awarded the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series for the second year in a row, as well as receiving the award again for Best Actor supporting role in a comedy series just for Goldstein.
