Rich Flu: Rosamund Pike Star Of The Thriller Film An Emotional Journey Into The Depths Of The Human Soul
According to Deadline, Rosamund Pike (The Wheel of Time) will star in the pandemic thriller Rich Flu. The film will be produced by Pablo Larraín with his Fabula Productions, the company behind Spencer (2022) and Jackie (2016). In Rich Flu a strange disease kills some of the richest and most influential people on the planet. The disease, after affecting billionaires and multimillionaires, threatens to affect anyone with any kind of fortune. With the whole world in a panic, people try to flood the market with goods the world no longer wants. The film wonders how far people would go to save their lives when the wealth that made the world go round suddenly becomes its most dangerous asset.
Rich Flu Star Cast
The thriller will be directed by Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia (Il Buco) from a screenplay written by Pedro Rivero and Gaztelu-Urrutia. The film’s producers also include Adrián Guerra and Núria Valls of Nostromo Pictures Carlos Juárez and Albert Soler. The director said:

Rosamund Pike earned an Oscar nomination for David Fincher ‘s Gone Girl in 2015. Most recently, she won the Golden Globe for Best Actress for her performance in the thriller I Care A Lot (2021). Shooting on Rich Flu is expected to begin in the fall of this year.
