Red Notice: Is There A Post-Credits Scene At The End Of The Netflix Movie?
Red Notice is available on Netflix! If you want to know if there is a post-credits scene at the end of Red Notice, read on! Red Notice has arrived in theaters, transforming Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds into a pair of delightfully obnoxious buddies that we always knew they could be on screen. Add to that Gal Gadot and you’ve got a humorous movie on top of the action.
Really, Red Notice is exactly what it’s meant to be. Dwayne Johnson plays John Hartley, an FBI agent determined to stop Ryan Reynolds’ Nolan Booth from getting his hands on a precious Egyptian relic. They are both equal, Hartley’s strength making up for Booth’s mind, until they are both embodied by The Fool. Understandably, in an effort to beat her, the two reluctantly team up. Together, they set off on adventures around the world, exchanging scathing lines throughout the journey, as they both attempt to prove themselves to be the best in their fields.
Is There A Post-Credits Scene In Red Notice On Netflix?
No, Red Notice does not have a post-credits scene. If the film seems to display some aspirations for a sequel, these are limited to the post-climatic scenes. The Fools, Hartley and Booth escape with the third Cleopatra egg from Interpol Inspector Urvashi Das. Booth believes that FBI profiler Hartley will now arrest the bishop, and that he will finally become the best art thief in the world. However, to his surprise, Hartley kisses the Bishop, revealing that they are partners. The Fool is actually a two-person team, and the real name of the character Gadot plays is Sarah Black.
As Black and Hartley celebrate their victory on a yacht off the coast of Sardinia, Booth appears and announces what he’s done. When Hartley verifies the account, he finds out that there is nothing. Although Booth is ultimately the winner, none of them have anything to show. Booth then proposes that they work together on the next score, which he declares will have “double the gain, triple the challenge”.
Hartley doesn’t want anything to do with Booth, but even Black has realized that the two work exceptionally well together. She convinces Hartley, and the two agree to Booth’s terms. Hartley, Booth, and Black are seen in Paris in the ending sequence, walking together towards the Louvre, possibly their next target. While Red Notice doesn’t have a post-credits scene, Bishop/Sarah Black’s voice can be heard at the end of the credits, asking viewers not to regret her too much. She said the same thing earlier to Booth and Hartley before leaving them in Russian. It’s a fun way to end the movie, and it fits its tone perfectly.
