Oscar Nomination 2021 Priyanka Chopra’s The Whit Tiger Nominated Catch Out Full List Here
The film industry’s biggest award Oscar Nominations has been announced. Hollywood and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and husband Nick Jonas announced nominations for each category for the 93rd Oscar Awards. This time nominations were announced in a total of 27 categories including Supporting Actor, Supporting Actress, Adopted Screenplay, Original Screenplay, Costume Design, Animated Short Film and Live Action Short Film.
This year, the film Mank has received a nomination in a total of 10 categories and with this it tops the films being nominated in the most categories. On the other hand, ‘The Father’ has been nominated in 7 categories and Nomad land, Trial of the Chicago Seven, Sound of Metal, Minari, Judas and The Black Messiah in a total of 6 categories. There is good news for India, then there is bad news.
Karisma Dev Dubey’s directorial short film ‘Bittu’ failed to make it to the top 5 in this year’s Best Live Action Short Film category and India’s hopes were shaken. At the same time, the film ‘The White Tiger’ by Priyanka Chopra, Rajkumar Rao and Adarsh Gaurav has made its place in the top films of Adopted Screenplay. The award ceremony will be held on 25 April.
