As the credits begin to scroll, a picturesque beach appears on the screen, and we see Marta heading towards a villa comfortably installed on a cliff, between the mountains and the sea. We can deduce that she is in the sea. Chilean house offered to him by Amado Carrillo Fuentes. When she enters the house, we see two glasses on a piano. She takes one and turns, leaning on said piano. The camera then focuses on a toy plane, strategically placed next to a partition rack, before the screen turns black. 

The two glasses of wine imply that there is another person in the house with Marta. And the toy plane sheds light on its identity. In the Season 3 premiere, Amado learns that his daughter died while in prison. He returns to Sinaloa and talks to his former wife. In his late daughter’s old bedroom, he finds the plane. And since then, he has been carrying it with him.

This scene is a perfect farewell for a man known as “El Señor de Los Cielos”. In the post-credits scene of Season 3 of Narcos Mexico, the little plane represents not only Amado’s spiritual bond with his daughter, but also Amado himself. He lets the audience know that he survived and has found Marta. Obviously, his plans have worked wonderfully. As always, he managed to accomplish something that hardly anyone has done before: escape the world of crime alive and free.
