Lost Hindi Movie Directed By Pink Fame Director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury
These days, actress Yami Gautam, who is busy promoting Bhoot Police, has announced her new film LOST. In this film, Yami will share screen space with veteran actors Pankaj Kapur and Rahul Khanna. The film is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, a well-known director of Bengali cinema, who has made a popular and strong message in Hindi cinema like ‘Pink’. Yami announced the film through her social media account. The rest of the star cast of the film includes Neil Bhoopalam, Piya Bajpayee and Tushar Pandey. The film is jointly produced by Zee Studios and Namah Pictures. The film is written by Shyamal Sen Gupta and Ritesh Shah.
Last month, film actress Yami Gautam married Aditya Dhar, director of the film ‘Uri’. She returned to work again a month later. Now Yami has signed another film which will be directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, director of Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu’s film Pink in the year 2016. The name of the film is ‘Lost’ and its star cast is quite spectacular.
Yami will be seen in the lead role in the film. Apart from Yami, stars like Rahul Khanna, Pankaj Kapur and Tushar Pandey will be seen in the film. The film is associated with the media and journalism field. Yami’s character will be that of a journalist. Earlier the shooting of the film was to be done in Kolkata and Purulia but due to the second wave of Corona everything got ruined. Now the effect of Corona is decreasing, so the makers will start shooting for the film from Kolkata. The shooting of the film will start in the next month. The majority of the film will be shot in Kolkata, a city known as the City of Joy.
On this occasion Anirudh said, ‘It is an emotional thriller film. It is important for me that whatever film I make, it should be related to society and its story should also be based on the world around us. If we talk about Yami Gautam’s work front, then apart from this film, Yami Gautam will soon be seen in Saif Ali Khan’s film Bhoot Police. Stars like Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Saif Ali Khan will be seen to support him in this film.
Regarding Lost, Anirudh said that the film may be an investigative drama, but at its center is commitment, responsibility and aspiration to make this world beautiful. The stories in my films are based on social issues, so they are picked up from around the world. Lost is an emotional thriller that oozes compassion and feelings of inclusion.
