Heartstopper Season 2 & 3: Announced by Netflix Here When Second & Third Season Will Release?
Heartstopper, the new Netflix series became a great success among subscribers of the streaming service since the premiere of its first season on April 22, for the same reason, many wonder if they will be able to continue enjoying the story of Nick and Charlie. Finally, and after weeks of waiting, Netflix revealed that the series was renewed for at least two more seasons, that is, Heartstopper will have a second and third cycle.
The production is based on the webcomic, and graphic novel of the same name created by Alice Oseman, and tells the story of Charlie Spring, a young high school student who begins to have feelings for his new seatmate, Nick Nelson, who is the star of the rugby team.
As confirmed by all the social channels of the streaming service, not only Heartstopper has been renewed for a second season, but also a third. The teen drama is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Alice Oseman, currently composed of four volumes, all also available in Italy. There is therefore no shortage of events to tell. The first chapter has merged the first two numbers (HERE to read how it ends). The fifth is coming in February 2023 at home and will probably make its debut on the shelves of our libraries shortly after.
The Heartstopper series will therefore continue with a season 2 and a season 3, which will draw from the remaining volumes of the graphic novel. We report a brief plot of the third issue: Charlie never thought Nick would like him, but now they’re officially engaged. Nick even found the courage to tell his mother the truth. But coming out isn’t something that happens once – Nick has an older brother, then there’s a school trip to Paris, not to mention all the other friends and family. Life can be tough, even with someone who loves you by your side. As their feelings deepen, Charlie and Nick will need each other like never before.

Heartstopper Season 2 & 3 Release Date
There is still no date on the premiere of the next episodes, however, recently the stars of the show, Kit Connor and Joe Locke, revealed that they would like it to happen in the confirmed second season.
Speaking to TVLine, Lock noted: “I think it’s easy to anticipate a second season because of volumes three and four of the novels. Charlie develops an eating disorder, and his mental health worsens, and I think it would be interesting to look into that, especially if the show continues” being a teen show.
He then added: “Whenever people address mental health on television, it tends to be very dark and I think what our show has done well so far is address the issues, but from an optimistic perspective.
“You can always see the light at the end of the tunnel, you always know it’s going to get better. I think it would be great to look at that more“
As for the streaming vision of Heartstopper season 2, however, we already have all the details we need, since we are dealing with original Netflix content. Online use, therefore, represents the only alternative available. But how to see the show on Netflix? Very simple. For her part, Kit Connor revealed that she would also like to explore the issues raised by her co-star, as well as Tao’s (William Gao) and Elle’s (Yasmine Finney) relationship.”
