Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Disney+ Worldwide Release Date Revealed
Last May 5 Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was released at the cinema marking the farewell to one of the most loved sagas, and perhaps the most loved ever, within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. A farewell full of affection, laughter, and melancholy for the group of ramshackle intergalactic heroes, in the film that brought down the curtain on James Gunn’s successful activity at Marvel. As we know Gunn has “passed over to the competition” and with the third volume dedicated to the Guardians he has closed an iteration which, as we have come to know and love it, we will never see again. Now Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (here is our review) is finally coming to stream on Disney+.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Disney+ Release Date
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which has quickly become the most successful Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date, will arrive on DVD and Blu-Ray starting August 1. To see it available in the Disney+ catalog, instead, you will have to wait until August 2nd. The announcement of the arrival in streaming of the final chapter of the James Gunn trilogy was accompanied by a video that collects some of the most memorable moments of the Guardians in the various films of the saga and which you can see at the bottom of our article.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was received largely favorably by both the public and critics. Although the film leaves open the possibility that a different director could pick up the James Gunn baton, it seems unlikely (if not impossible) that there could be a fourth volume in the future. In the post-credit scene, a very familiar sign appears to fans of the Guardians’ adventures that anticipates the return of the legendary Star-Lord. At this point, it would be reasonable to assume that Marvel could make, in the future, a film entirely dedicated to the character played by Chris Pratt. We’ll see. In the meantime, all that remains is to wait for August 2 to see (or review) Guardians of the Galaxy 3 on Disney+. Below is the video announcement of the streaming release.
