Gen V: Teaser Poster Revealed The Release Date of The Boys Spin-Off

A few minutes ago, Prime Video unveiled the arrival date of Gen V, the highly anticipated new series, a spin-off of The Boys. The first three episodes of Gen V will debut on Prime Video on Friday, September 29, followed by new episodes every week leading up to the epic season finale on Friday, November 3. The series will be available in over 240 countries and territories around the world. The poster in question, which you can find below (at the bottom of our article) shows one of the protagonists of Gen V, played by the young Jaz Sinclair (The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Slender Man) while leaning on a statue of Homelander and a gush of blood flows from his hand. In addition to this important and bloody representation, the actual launch date of the series on Prime Video is revealed in the image, i.e. September 29, 2023. In detail, the first three episodes will be released at the beginning while the others will arrive every week, always on the same streaming platform.

What Gen V, The Spin-Off of The Boys is About?

From the world of The Boys comes Gen V, the coming-of-age tale of the first generation of superheroes aware of Compound V, whose superpowers are not innate, but injected into them. These young and competitive heroes will test their limits, both physical and moral, in their quest to reach the coveted first position in the school rankings. They’ll soon learn that ambition takes sacrifices and that the difference between right and wrong isn’t as clear as they thought. As the university’s dark secrets are revealed, students will have to come to grips with the kind of superheroes they want to become.
