But ‘Flight’ is such a film that will keep the audience tied till the end, as well as increase the audience’s excitement for its next part as well. The film ‘Flight’ has been directed by Sooraj Joshi and produced by him. Chadha has done it. Mohit Chaddha has played the lead role in the film and seeing his acting, it can be said that he alone is enough to make the screen debut. The film ‘Flight’ begins with possible scams in the aviation industry. You do not care for the life of innocent people for earning. But the film proceeds by just touching the subject. The film is an action-thriller and it binds you as the story progresses. ‘Flight’ is completely around Mohit Chadha. He also got the most screen time. In such a situation, this actor who came out of the search for ‘Zee Cine Stars’ has a lot to do. His character Ranveer Malhotra is rich. He has expensive hobbies. Private jet, expensive liquor, big house. This character impresses you. But in the beginning of the film, there is so much emphasis on these things that you get bored after a time and want to move on from it. The story moves forward, thrills arise. But Mohit Chadha seems more loud than many times.

Flight Movie Review 2021

Ranveer Malhotra’s character is heavily inspired by Hindi films, especially Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. This is reflected in his dialogue delivery to expressions and even voice. He jokes on everything. Even when he realizes that he is alone in the flight and his life is in danger, he still lives in the same style. There is much to struggle for a lonely stranded human in a pilotless flight. But Ranveer Malhotra’s character spends more time in laughter than in that struggle.

Apart from Mohit Chadha, the film also stars like Pawan Malhotra, Zahir Hussain and Vivek Vaswani. He has done justice in the space given to him in the story. Shibani Bedi also suits her small role. The background score becomes very important for an action-thriller. In such a situation, Smriti Minocha’s music binds the crowd.

Final Verdict

The story of the film has the power to bind the audience. Is a thrill. And this is its life too. The film seems a bit slow in the first half hour, but once you catch the pace, you get tied up as an audience. Mohit Chadha has the weight of this entire film on his shoulders. He also plays it to a great extent. But at times it is felt that a little more effort could be done at the editing table. Screenplays could be made more streamlined. The VFX has done great work according to the criteria of Indian films. The film leaves some suspense at the end, which is actually a preparation for ‘Flight 2’. Overall, the journey of this ‘flight’ is exciting, but for this you also have to prepare yourself mentally.
