Dragon Age: Absolution: Animated Series of The Game Officially Announced By Netflix
During the last day of Geeked Week 2022, Netflix and Bioware announced Dragon Age: Absolution, the animated series based on the famous videogame series. On the occasion of the last day of Geeked Week 2022, Netflix and BioWare announced with a teaser trailer Dragon Age: Absolution, the new animated series taken from the well-known videogame series that will debut on the on-demand streaming platform in December.
Created in collaboration with Bioware, the series based on the well-known fantasy videogame saga will be set in the Dragon Age universe, but will have an original story. It is not clear how the events will chronologically concern Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age: Inquisition, but for now, we simply know that it will be set in the world of Tevinter.

Created in collaboration with BioWare (creators of the award-winning Dragon Age video game franchise), Dragon Age: Absolution is set in Tevinter and features a set of new characters inspired by Dragon Age history, including elves, wizards, knights, Qunari, Red Templars, demons and other special surprises. During the show, it was pointed out that further details on the project will be announced in the coming months, but in the meantime, we can confirm that the showrunner will be Mairghread Scott, with Red Dog Culture House in production.
