Among the new entries of Wednesday Season 3, there is Winona Ryder. The actress, who has just finished her ten-year commitment with Stranger Things, will play the role of Tabitha. Ryder will once again work with Tim Burton, with whom he has already collaborated on cinematic masterpieces such as Edward Scissorhands and Beetlejuice (whose 2024 sequel also features Jenna Ortega). Winona joins a series of new entries announced in the last few hours. Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, and Kennedy Moyer join the cast of season three. In past months, the presence of Eva Green was called to play the role of Aunt Ophelia.

Wednesday Season 3: Eva Green joins the cast
The cast of the new season is joined by Winona Ryder, Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, and Kennedy Moyer, who join the already announced Eva Green, the French actress from The Dreamers and The Crusades, playing Ophelia, sister of Morticia Addams; Jenna Ortega (Wednesday Addams), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams); and many others. As seen in the video announcement of the start of production, Winona Ryder will play a character named Tabitha.
When Wednesday Season 3 Release Date?
The second season of Wednesday was released on Netflix on August 6, 2025, so we can imagine Chapter 3 debuting no earlier than the end of 2026 or more easily in 2027.
