In this, Ayushmann, the hero of small towns, is in the lead role. It has been created by Anurag Kashyap’s sister Anubhuti Kashyap. She has earlier made a web show Afsos. This is his first experience making a feature film in a way. Let’s see how he did in this.

Doctor G Review

Doctor G Review: The Story

Bhopal is a medium city in India, this is where Uday Gupta lives. Have done MBBS. Now take admission in PG. Want to become a bone doctor i.e. Orthopedician? But the rank is low, there is a shortage of seats in Bhopal. That’s why got admission to the obstetrics and gynecology department. Uday does not want to become a gynecologist at any cost. But all the roads are blocked. So have taken admission. But how will his mind, which has accepted itself to be ortho, accept to be a guinea? Under what circumstances this is the story of Doctor G. For the first time, you may find the name of the film as ordinary. But with the help of this, three cults have been created.

In this, Ayushman has become a gynecologist, that is, a doctor who treats problems related to women. Now doctors treat men and women. how is it possible? Ayushman feels the same what are the problems faced by a male gynecologist? This is what is shown in this film. In the first half, it is shown how Ayushman wants to become a doctor of bones, but he has to take admitted to the gynecology department where he works half-heartedly that he will give the exam again next year and will get selected in ortho. Here his ragging takes place. There are problems ahead of them. In the second half, it is shown how he adopts this profession. Another track plays together in the story which also makes you very emotional in the second half.

The story is good, and it has also been shown well. How does a male gynecologist treat patients? The story is cliched. Nothing new. We have seen such stories hundreds of times. But some of its elements are new. Treatment is not complete, but in many cases it is fresh. From education to profession, society has drawn a line between men and women. Men cannot do the work of a woman. The work of a man, that woman cannot do. The work of both is taboo to each other. The film addresses this issue. Uday suffers from such prejudices. Anubhuti Kashyap has properly carved the prejudices of society through Uday. There is also a dialogue, ‘Boys play cricket and girls badminton in our locality. Some dialogues written by Sumit Saxena are very good.

Some are average. Some are also wrapped with cleavage. In many places, it seems that if these things were not called from the mouth of the characters, it would have been better. These should have been left to the audience. If a few layers were left, it would have been more fun. At one place, ‘O Ram’ comes out of Fatima’s mouth, at that place Uday says: Uff Allah, how cool it was to hear O Ram from your mouth! There are many other occasions where it would have been better to just give a hint.

Doctor G Review and Analysis

Sumit Saxena, Saurabh Bharat and Vishal Wagh have written the screenplay with Anubhuti. Which gets overdramatic in some places, especially in the climax. Its screenplay is going very well throughout the film. But in the end, things go wrong. But one thing good about the screenplay is that it religiously follows the three-act structure. The atmosphere is built. Conflicts are born and then their solution is drama. The film raises many issues. Ex: Ragging. An old woman who is a mother. She can also befriend a man. The film also educates about the male touch. For ‘Doctor G’ it can be said that here stereotypes are broken, not hearts. In the songs ‘Newton ek din apple girega’ types are some new experiments. Amit Trivedi has composed the right songs. But its background score is better than the songs. Ketan Sodha has done a great job.

Ayushmann Khurrana has mastered roles like Uday. Films like Vicky Donor, Badhaai Ho, and Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan are examples of this. A small-town boy looks like a bird’s eye to Ayushmann. He targets such roles with aplomb. Light-hearted comedy giving the social message is his left-hand game. His flawless performance in ‘Doctor G’ is its hallmark. Rakul Preet has also done a fine job. Here he also had a similar role in ‘Puppet’. In some places she misses, rest is good work. Shefali Shah acts as fine as ever. Sheeba Chadha has done a wonderful job in the role of Ayushmann’s mother. It has been called wonderful in the scriptures. At one place she tells her son: Vinod Ji’s message had come, thank you. The way she says thank you. I felt that if my mother would say thank you to me, she would probably say the same. Wonderful. All the other actors have also done the right thing. Whether it is Ayushman’s seniors or Ayushman’s friend.

Ayushmann Khurrana has done an amazing job. He is exactly like Dr. Uday Gupta. The specialty of Ayushman is that when you see him on screen, you see and feel that character, not Ayushmann. There is no heropanti here either. No jump is jump. Everything feels real and you connect to it. Shefali Shah has become Ayushman’s senior and seeing her, it seems that she is a senior doctor. Her work is perfect, but Shefali has shown a sense of strictness on her face. Rakul Preet Singh is also in the role of a doctor and is very frozen. Here the track of Love Story is also a little different, so a new style of Rakul has also been shown. Sheeba Chadha is in the role of Ayushmann’s mother and she has done amazing acting. Do older women not have the right to live their own lives? He has raised this question and raised it very well.

Doctor G Review: The Last Words

The music of the film is good and suits the pace of the film. Where the song comes from, it is related to the situation and does not bore you. Overall this film can be seen. Ayushmann Khurrana is a fan of genre films, so don’t miss it. Anubhuti Kashyap directed this film. She is the sister of Anurag Kashyap. She has assisted in films like Gangs of Wasseypur and Dev D and this is her first film as a director. Looking forward to more good films from him. He has tried to say the matter funnily without giving any knowledge.
