David and The Elves is now available to stream on Netflix! The film begins with Santa’s workshop. Christmas is coming, and Santa needs all the help he can get. Unfortunately, many Elves fall short, leaving most of the workload on Albert the Elf. Quickly, Albert felt overworked and tired. It takes away all magic from him. Christmas is billed as a time of family, friends, fun and charm, but when we are overworked, underpaid and overworked, this holiday time becomes more stressful than enjoyable.

David and The Elves Ending Explained: How Albert Regains His Powers?
At the end of David and the Elves, David has an idea of where they can find Christmas: in his grandparents’ house. David leaves a note with his parents and goes on a hike with Albert with the deduction. However, due to heavy snowfall, they cannot reach David’s grandparents and are forced to stay overnight in the woods. Monsieur and Madame Noël come down to earth and look for Piotr’s house. Santa has dressed up as a plumber, but those like Hania who believe in magic can see his game clearly. Santa tells the family that they are looking for their son, Albert. Hania deduces that David and Albert may be with the grandparents.
Piotr and Hania agree to drive the couple to Hania’s parents. Meanwhile, without his energy, Albert has turned into a doll when David arrives at his grandparents’ house. Family comes together, and isn’t that the essence of Christmas? Albert’s powers return as well, but not because of the Christmas party. Albert regains his powers by believing in himself, as he tells Erwin in the finality of events. The story also shows that Albert becomes an adult as at the beginning of the story he seeks to please people in order to gain followers, he realizes in the end that the real power comes from within.
Eventually, although everyone gets what they want for Christmas, David gets nothing. When Albert asks David what he wants for Christmas, David finds nothing. He assures Albert that he has everything he needs, apart from the dress his father promised him. On the way back to the North Pole, Mrs. Claus reveals to David that the latter wanted to meet a real elf for Christmas. It is therefore by becoming friends with Albert that David gets his Christmas present. Albert’s rebellion may have been orchestrated by Santa himself to give David an elaborate gift.
