Critics Choice Awards 2023: All the Winners Between Movies and Tv Series
The Critics Choice Awards event was held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, in Los Angeles, with the delivery of the US and Canadian critics’ awards to films and TV series. Throughout the night, the film Everything Everywhere All at Once, the Breaking Bad spinoff series Better Call Saul and the comedy series Abbott Elementary stood out. After the Golden Globes 2023 awards, of which you can read all the winners, this ceremony represents another important appointment for Hollywood. There was no shortage of awards for the second chapter of Avatar, namely The Way of Water (Avatar 3 will instead concern fire), the thriller Glass Onion – A Knives Out Mystery available on the Netflix platform and Tár, the film with Cate Blanchett in the role of the composer and conductor Lydia Tár.
As for TV series, the lion’s share went to Better Call Saul, with three awards, The Dropout starring Amanda Seyfried, and the Disney+ comedy series Abbott Elementary.
