Chainsaw Man Episode 2: Introduced Power But Who is Power? Here is What We Know

Chainsaw Man has come within two episodes of his debut in the anime, and the director behind the series is celebrating the new release with new special art from Power. The first episode, taken from Tatsuki Fujimoto‘s original manga series, introduced fans to a new tragic hero, Denji, whose life was so messed up that becoming a devil was a stroke of luck for him. But this is only the beginning of the big developments that we will see in the rest of the season, which include some of the new characters that we meet for the first time in this new installment.

Chainsaw Man Episode 2

Chainsaw Man Episode 2 introduced two more members of Denji ‘s new devil-hunting team, Aki Hayakawa and Power. These two characters are much loved by fans of the original manga, especially when it comes to Power. She was one of the characters that fans were particularly excited to see in action ahead of the anime’s full release, and that seems to apply to the staff as well. Series director Ryu Nakayama celebrated Power‘s debut in the episode with a special image for fans on Twitter.

Chainsaw Man Episode 2: Who is Power?

Episode 2 introduces Power to the anime as a member of the Special Division 4 squad of the largest public safety devil extermination organization. Like Denji, he is a being in the balance between two worlds, as he is a devil who in the meantime has become a demon, taking possession of a human corpse. But unlike the devils and fiends, we saw in action in the first few episodes, it was said that he has greater rationality that makes him a useful weapon for devil hunters. But she too, like Denji, could be killed if things go wrong.

Power is then tasked with being Denji ‘s main partner in the new episode, when the two encounters a new devil, and is said to have a lot of “power” at his disposal when he wields his blood like a hammer. Now it’s just a matter of seeing how he will get along with Denji and whether or not the two will be a good team of demon hunters over the course of the anime’s debut.
