Avatar 2: The First Image Of The Sequel Directed By James Cameron 20th Century
The first image of Avatar 2, the sequel to James Cameron ‘s 2009 masterpiece, due out on December 16th, has been released. The new colossal has been in the works for years, in fact almost 13 have passed since the release of the first film, of what has become a saga that will count well more than one or two exponents. The wonderful image that you can see below, gives fans the opportunity to get an idea of what the aesthetics of the new film directed by Cameron will look like. The caption of the photo reads: “Get ready to immerse yourself in the blue of Pandora! #Avatar is returning”. The new film is mainly set underwater, an issue that meant that the cast’s actors trained for months on end. Here is the first image:

As revealed in recent days, Zoe Saldana had the opportunity to see the first 20 minutes of the second chapter with the other cast members and in this regard she stated: “It is absolutely a real leap from the first Avatar. You have to prepare yourself it will be a real adventure that you will not forget. I could choke just by talking about it. I watched 20 minutes just before the end of the year last year. And I was left speechless. I was moved to tears“. Saldana also talked about the true great strength of the film which is James Cameron:
One thing no one really knows about Jim is that he is also very sensitive, he really has a heart of gold. He is a very firm and very focused man, but he has a very delicate heart. And I think he is able to vent this emotionality of his through the stories he creates.
As previously told, James Cameron ‘s project includes 4 sequels to Avatar, for a total cost of over a billion dollars. The films are expected to come out with a separation of about two years from each other.
