Do Gwendoline, Rolph, Brad, and Korina Die in Army of Thieves? Do Ludwig or Sebastian and Gwendoline End Up Together?

Army Of Thieves is available on Netflix! Netflix just released Army of Thieves and we can’t help but smile. The film is the prequel to Army Of The Dead and follows The Heist of a Lifetime starring Ludwig Dieter. We are told about four legendary safes made by Hans Wagner, a talented locksmith, which have their roots in Norse mythology. The Rheingold, Valkyrie, Siegfried, and Götterdämmerung are the chests that form the mysterious Ring cycle and can only be solved by those who are truly worthy of its secrets.

Army of Thieves stars Schweighöfer, reprising his role as the great lock cracker Ludwig Dieter before he was the great Ludwjmig Dieter. He’s a charming, anxious, and 110% endearing moron. He puts his knowledge and his passion on YouTube, without anyone asking, so the world will know it.

Army of Thieves

Ludwig Dieter, a genius vault breaker, sees his lackluster life turned upside down when he is recruited by Gwendoline and his team of international bank robbers. The mission: break through three of Wagner’s safes before they are taken out of service. The Götterdämmerung is the only elusive safe and Wagner’s tomb whose exact location is a mystery. If you’ve finished the movie and have questions regarding the ending of Army Of Thieves, we ‘ve got you covered!

This leads him to a work by the charming modern day Lara Croft, Gwendoline (Nathalie Emmanuel). Vivacious, beautiful, intelligent and full of cum, she is too good for him. But we live in a post-Big Bang Theory world, and she’s starting to become his loving kitten. It’s all after she’s promised the thrills of a lifetime – she asks for his help in breaking the most impossible safes across the Old Continent so it can make history.

How Does Sebastian Become Ludwig Dieter?

In a heartwarming conversation, Sebastian shared his childhood memories with Gwendoline. He told her that when he was an excluded child who never really found his place in this world. As the other kids played in the streets, Sebastian took refuge in his own world of chest piercing and spent long hours improving his skills.

While the other children aspire to be Superman or Batman, a superhero with a cape, Sebastian idolizes the hero he created himself, Ludwig Dieter. Gwendoline found Sebastian’s comic book hero charming and probably easy to pronounce. She remembered the name and therefore got a new passport for Sebastian under the name Ludwig Dieter.

Army Of Thieves Ending Explained

After being passed by their former teammates and as Delacroix gets closer, Dieter and Gwendoline try to seize the Siegfried. Korina tries to save them time, but she is stopped by Delcroix and possibly reveals where Dieter and Gwendoline are headed. With the safe loaded into the back of a truck, Gwendoline soars through winding mountain roads, Dieter in the back trying to break through the safe, which he does just in time. Sadly, Rolph and Brad, aka Alexis, are waiting for them. After having thwarted them, Gwendoline and Dieter move towards the vanishing point. When they get there, Dieter confesses his feelings for Gwendoline and they kiss! She feels the same, but this happiness is short-lived.

Delacroix cuts their way to the quay. During the stalemate, Gwendoline negotiates her surrender in exchange for Dieter’s release, which Delacroix accepts. Dieter fled on the boat with some of the money, leaving Gwendoline to the authorities. They promise to meet again. At the end of Army Of Thieves we see Dieter approached by Scott and Kate Ward. They have the plans for the Gotterdammerung, the safe that Dieter and Gwendoline were to find and open together. Dieter agrees to join them in their quest in a Las Vegas filled with zombies. Army Of Thieves being the prequel to Army Of The Dead, we knew the story would end here, most likely.

Meanwhile, “Gweter” both arrive at the evacuation plan where a boat awaits them. However, Korina (Ruby O. Fee) was arrested by elite European police and sold her location to find a better deal for her brother. The agent in their story, Delacroix (Jonathan Cohen), introduces himself as Johnny Depp to keep them at gunpoint just in time. The better half of Gweter with the extra X chromosome makes a deal – let Dieter go and get her because he’s the one he wants anyway and has nothing to do with shooting him years ago.

Dieter, showing even less manhood than before, lets the love of his life get arrested and the boat whisked away in the cold waters of Europe. He finds a passport and plane tickets for both of them. He now knows that she didn’t mean what she said about him, but that she really cared about him. The final scene shows Scott (Dave Bautista) and Maria (Ana de la Reguera) showing up at “Gwendoline’s Safe-Cracking Co.”, owned and operated by Dieter.
