However, till now no official information has been received regarding its streaming. An X account named OTT Guru has said that it will be released on Netflix on January 26. Co-Producer of Animal Reaches Delhi High Court

Animal was jointly produced by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, T-Series, and Murad Khetani’s production house Cine 1 Studio. According to an NDTV report, co-producer Murad Khetani has filed a lawsuit in the Delhi High Court and has accused T-Series of not giving him his share as per the agreement. Cine 1 Studio says that an agreement was signed between two production houses to produce this film. Cine 1 Studio claims that Animal has a 35% share of the profit of the company, hence he is entitled to 35% intellectual property. He says that the company has broken many clauses in the agreement signed with T-Series in 2019, after which he wants this film not to be released on Netflix.

Cine 1 Studio accused T-Series of spending a lot of money on the promotion and release of the film. They have no idea about whatever revenue they have received and whatever they have earned at the box office. Despite the profit-sharing agreement, the money was not given to them. Senior lawyer Sandeep Sethi, who is fighting the case on behalf of Cine 1 Studio, while defending Murad Khetani, said, “All the money has gone to T-Series, but I have not received anything from the profits of Animal. “I have had a long relationship with him, but he did not respect the agreement between us”.
