I am legend: The Sequel To The Film That Will Star Will Smith And Michael B. Jordan Is Coming

In I Am Legend, following a terrible virus that has infected the entire planet, the brilliant scientist Robert Neville (Will Smith) is the last man left on Earth. But he is not alone. In fact, the virus did not kill the population of the planet, but transformed them into terrible mutants similar to vampires, which move only at night. For more than three years, Robert has been trying to get in touch with other survivors and find a cure for the virus based on his blood, which appears to be immune to it. But it’s not easy, as he also must defend himself from the hordes of mutants that crave his blood. In 2012, in an interview with the BBC, Will Smith say he was not interested in a sequel to the film. He had declared:

The production is working on the feature, not me. I don’t think I’ll participate […] I don’t want to become “the sequel one”. I have another six, seven years in which I can devote myself to more physical films where I have to run and jump, then over time I will turn into a “big ass” for the rest of my career. A big ass!
