The Wheel Of Time Episode 3 Ending Explained

Rand binds with the owner of the establishment. She tries to kiss him, but he rejects her, of course – he’s the one-woman man. However, she’s more disappointed with herself as she made her hair look like Egwene’s for a specific reason.

Dana is part of the Dark Order, and she sees all five of them in her dreams. If she can get the Dragon’s Prophecy, she will be able to break the wheel that continues to see people kill each other. Now, Nynaeve’s remedy begins to cure Moiraine, but Moiraine remains extremely weak and unable to ride on her own. Lan carries the magician on his horse, and the three of them continue their journey to the White Tower.

However, they are soon intercepted by a group of Aes Sedai in red, led by Liandrin, who claim to have captured a man who calls himself the Dragon Reborn. Episode 3 then ends with Moiraine staring at the sinister and ragged man held prisoner in a cage behind Liandrin.

So it seems that the vicious Liandrin has captured the Dragon Reborn. Or at least a man who claims to be the reincarnation of the ancient warrior. Knowing Liandrin’s disdain for men who channel magical powers and seeing that she has imprisoned the man in a cage, it is likely that she plans to kill him or use him.

Seeing the sinister aspect of the man, we can also tell that he is not an ordinary human being, which Moiraine also feels. However, it is interesting to note that he looks much older than twenty years. According to tradition, the Renaissance Dragon was born twenty years ago and is therefore believed to be twenty years old. Therefore, the man captured by Liandrin is probably not the Dragon Reborn.\
