Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 Ending Explained: In the Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 Miyagi-Do arrives at the Sekai Taikai and must face old and new enemies. Will they win the tournament? The Sekai Taikai begins and once again, Miyagi-Do faces Cobra Kai. But this time, it’s not just their old rivals that Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka)’s students have to worry about it. On the first date of the world’s largest karate tournament, Sensei Wolf’s (Lewis Tan) pupils prove they have superior skills. Who won the tournament? What happened in the second part of the sixth and final season of Cobra Kai? Below, I’ll tell you the most important moments of the new episodes of the Netflix series created by Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald.
Amanda LaRusso (Courtney Henggeler), Miguel Diaz (Xolo Maridueña), Robby Keene (Tanner Buchanan), Devon Lee (Oona O’Brien), Hawk (Jacob Bertrand), and Demetri (Gianni DeCenzo) arrive in Barcelona and must resolve their conflicts before the first fights, however, they only manage to increase the pressure on the team. Meanwhile, Daniel tries to get sponsors at the sensei meeting, but Johnny and Chozen Toguchi (Yuji Okumoto) do not contribute to that purpose. Tory Nichols’ (Peyton List) decision to join John Kreese’s (Martin Kove) and Kim Da-Eun’s (Alicia Hannah-Kim) dojo and take a “break” from their relationship unsettles Robby, who, like the other members of his team, makes mistakes and loses to Cobra Kai in their first match. Although the South Korean representatives prevail, they are outmatched by Patrick Luwis (Axel Kovacevic) and Zara Malik (Rayna Vallandingham) of the Iron Dragons dojo.
Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 2 Ending Explained: Who is Behind Daniel’s Kidnapping?
The loss further divides Miyagi-Do. While Miguel berates Robby for his lack of focus, Hawk and Demetri continue to argue over absurd things, and Daniel can’t come to an agreement with Johnny on how his students should fight. When Lawrence realizes his mistake, he tries to talk to LaRusso but can’t reach him and has to face the next round alone. After several defeats, the Miyagi-Do boys have no energy to continue, but Johnny motivates them to continue fighting low and apply the teachings of Daniel’s master. Robby tries, but when he sees Tory he loses focus and falls off the platform. Devon’s sacrifice gives them a chance, however, a mistake by Demetri leaves everything in the hands of Miguel, who wins the pass to the next phase. Meanwhile, Daniel puts himself in danger by digging into Mr. Miyagi’s past. LaRusso is determined to uncover the story behind Mr. Miyagi’s involvement with the Sekai Taikai. He is informed that Master Serrano may have information and goes to a meeting with the mysterious man. Upon arriving at the dangerous location, he is kidnapped and locked in a cage.
Who is Behind Daniel’s Kidnapping?
Daniel manages to escape and upon confronting one of his captors, he discovers that he has a Cobra Kai tattoo. He returns to the tournament and confronts Kreese about the kidnapping. Later, Chozen and Kim Da-Eun, who spent the night together, identify the kidnapper and follow them to a hotel, where they meet up with Daniel and John. So who is responsible for the attack? Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith). After losing everything, Terry travels to Bangkok, Thailand to make a deal with Sensei Wolf: pay off his debts in exchange for his dojo, Iron Dragons, to humiliate Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do. Daniel, Johnny, and Chozen don’t know how to confront this old enemy, so they steal Kreese’s knife to pit him against Silver.
Why is Miguel Leaving Sekai Taikai?
Miguel makes it through to the next round but has to leave the Sekai Taikai because his mother has a complication with her pregnancy and is hospitalized. Of course, Johnny also returns home, leaving Daniel and Chozen, who ask Amanda LaRusso (Courtney Henggeler) to convince Kenny Payne (Dallas Dupree Young) to travel to Barcelona. Kenny refuses to participate in the tournament, but Anthony LaRusso’s (Griffin Santopietro) apologies, and Devon’s confession convinces him to travel. But he doesn’t arrive alone, as Sensei Lawrence and Miguel accompany him thanks to Carmen (Vanessa Rubio) being out of danger.
Miyagi-Do or Cobra Kai? Who Goes on to the Next Round?
Because of Kenny’s closeness to Silver, his teammates do not trust him, but the young fighter nevertheless secures a victory for his team and proves his loyalty. During the elimination match, Miyagi-Do is reunited and prevails over Cobra Kai, who is eliminated from the Sekai Taikai. However, the organizers announced that one of the finalist dojos cheated, as four of its members tested positive for drugs. They are therefore eliminated and Cobra Kai returns to the competition.
