Dobaaraa: Starring Taapsee Pannu Wiki, Star Cast, Release Date Everything We So Far

Known for her unconventional and different choice of movies, Taapsee Pannu, who was last seen in Haseen Dilbruba  all set to back with Anurag Kashyap for her next venture with Anurag Kashyap titled Dobaaraa earlier this year. The movie, which is predicted to be one in every of a kind thriller, has restarted the shooting of the movie after a current hurdle. Evidently, Anurag Kashyap is tremendous excited to kick off work and shared a photo of him having a hearty chuckle with the movie’s leading lady Taapsee Pannu.

After Manmarziyaan Taapsee Pannu and Anurag returning for second on silver screen. After a wonderful performances in Pink, Badla, Haseen Dillruba Taapsee become acting icon in Bollywood industry. Dobaara would be the first movie under the Cult Movies banner that could be a new venture kicked off by Ekta Kapoor. The movie is claimed to be a high concept thriller based on time travel.

What Taapsee and Anurag Said About Movie

Talking about the film, Anurag said, “Our vision with Dobaaraa is to bring a fresh, new story to the audience and I am very excited for it. This will be my third collaboration with Taapsee and this time the attempt is to bring an interesting new take on thrillers.”

Taapsee added, “This is going to be a one-of-its-kind thriller. I have been very lucky with thriller genre in my career so far and I always look forward to pushing the envelope under this genre. This is going to be unique more so because it’s got someone like Anurag directing it and Ekta (Kapoor) backing it. It’s my second collaboration with Anurag after Manmarziyaan and Sunir (Kheterpal) after Badla so I know there are expectations riding on this. Also it’s the first time I am working with a super woman like Ekta so it’s going to be a memorable experience for sure.”

Official Adaption of Spanish Film Durante La Tormenta aka Mirage

Known as ‘Mirage’ in English, this Spanish-language film – Durante La Tormenta – is being shown on Netflix in Spanish, English and Hindi languages, along with its English subtitles. Obviously, Netflix itself is also trying so that the Indian audience can enjoy world-cinema in the language of their choice (Hindi and English) and for this it itself is dubbing foreign films and making them available on its Hindustani platform. Nowadays anyway, Spanish suspense-thriller films are being very much liked all over the world and that is why they are available in a dozen numbers on many Indian online forums along with being remade in Hollywood.

Taapsee Pannu and Pavail Gulati seen in the lead roles, they both worked before in Thappad which received extraordinary response from the audiences. Directed by Anurag Kashyap produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures and Cult Movies banner.

Dobaaraa Release Date

There’s no mention of a release date just yet unless the title is an indication of a 2nd December release means the film will release on 2^nd December 2021.
